TOTMOTE adventures 4 day mountain bike tour takes guest from the outskirts of Quito all the way to the majestic Cotopaxi National Park.
This tour will take guests from the outskirts of Quito, Ecuador by bike to two different mountain bike parks, as well as tour the Cotopaxi National Park on bike. On the first day we leave Sangolqui, heading to the Santa Rita Eco Reserve. We will spend the afternoon exploring the parks private mountain bike trails before camping for the night at one of their private camping areas.
The next morning we continue our adventure biking our way to Cotopaxi National Park. We will spend the afternoon on the backside of the volcano exploring archaeological sites, lagoons, waterfalls and canyons before heading back to the lodge for the evening.
On our 3rd day of adventure we head to Algomedras Bike Park on the front side of the Cotopaxi Volcano. We’ll spend the afternoon enjoying the bike park and lunch before making our way back to the lodge for the evening. On the 4th day we’ll have breakfast at the lodge and drive back to Quito.
Prices listed are per person for a single adventurer. Groups of 2 or more are automatically discounted appropriately when added to the cart.
This trip is rated as moderate for activity level. The altitude will be mostly above 12,000ft. The weather in the region can change quickly. Afternoons in this area can be cool, foggy, and possibly rainy. Guests should have adequate cool weather and rain gear. There is both uphill climbs and downhill descents. Guests will carry a small day-pack which typically weighs 10-15lbs for this trip. Daily riding distances will vary between 9-15 miles. (15-25km), not including trail riding at the bike parks or Cotopaxi National Park.

Pick up from Quito or surronding areas. We will contact guests to arrange pick up. Guests will be picked up and dropped off with bikes at starting point of tour.
Guests will be driven back to Quito, in private transportation. Drop off will be arranged with each group but can be in Quito or surronding areas.

Cancellations can be made up to 5 days before trip. Cancellations made within 5 days may be charged upto 25% of travel cost, depending upon tour and what arrangments need to be cancelled. We will always try to refund 100% of customer funds on cancelled vacations. CANCELLATION POLICY IS EXTREMLY FLEXIBLE DUE TO COVID SITUATION.
