The Sincholagua Volacano is an extinct volcano just northeast of Cotopaxi and just outside of the Cotopaxi National Park. The hike up Sincholagua offers excellent photo opportunities of the nearby Cotopaxi, Ruminahui, and Pasachoa volcanoes. Less visited due to the proximity to Cotopaxi, Sincholagua offers a great opportunity to lose the crowds and spend some time alone with excellent views.
Our Singcholagua hike and camp adventure arrives the to the Hacienda San Rafael de Patichubamba in the afternoon where we set up camp in the valley. We’ll spend the afternoon exploring a nearby canyon before settling in next to the fire for the evening. The next morning we begin the ascent up the mountain early to take advantage of the clear morning views.
Prices listed are per person for a single adventurer. Groups of 2 or more are automatically discounted appropriately when added to the cart.
